Born in the region of Transcarpathia in the Ukraine, Syuzanna was brought up in a Hungarian environment in a family of musicians. Her musical education began since the early age of five. Over the years, Syuzanna has appeared in many leading concerts stages, most notably in the Wigmore Hall, Purcell Room and Chapell of Bond Street in London, the Colony Hall of National Philharmonic in the Ukraine, Petit Palau in Barcelona, Sala Sao-Paolo in Brazil amongst many others. In 2013 January Syuzanna was one of the 28 participants admitted to the 6th USASU Bosendorfer Competition amongst 148 applicants that provided her with a unique opportunity and chance to perform in front of the legendary pianist of our century Martha Argerich. Other recent successes and appearances included a victory at the XVI Stefano Marizza Piano Prize during October 2012 in Trieste, Italy as well as Bridgewater Hall performance at the “Reflections on Debussy” festival, organized in cooperation with the RNCM and under leadership of Noriko Ogawa and performance of Prokofiev's Second Piano Concerto with RNCM SO and Gergely Madaras earlier in the Year. Syuzanna is a graduate of the National Music Academy of Ukraine where she studied under the honoured artist of Ukraine prof.Valery Kozlov. During her time in the academy, Syuzanna worked with many major orchestras in the Ukraine, most notably with the National Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine, Estradno-Symphonic Orchestra of Ukraine, Dnepropetrovsk Philharminic Orchestra, Uzhorod Camerata, Harmonia Nobile under conductors Volodimir Sirenko, Mykola Sukach, Victor Zdorenko, Anatoly Zatin and Natalia Ponomarchuk among others. Significant awards Syuzanna gained in this period of her studies included: first prize at the A. Zatin International Piano Competition and the Grand Prix at the XXIst Century Hopes International Competition in the Ukraine. Syuzanna was also awarded a Medal in the Maria Canals Competition in Barcelona (2006). Syuzanna then continued her studies at the Royal Northern College of Music, under the tutorship of internationally renowned pianist Graham Scott. Currently Syuzanna is a recipient of an ABRSM Scholarship for the year of 2011-2013 that kindly supports her studies at the RNCM during her Master of Music program. During the 2010/11 academic year Syuzanna was a winner of several awards including the Silverstone Bursary, the F W Wright Scholarship, Beethoven Performance Prize, Concerto Performance Prize and Bakszt Memorial Prize for performance of Chopin at the RNCM. Later in the year she was awarded 4th prize in the Sheepdrove International Piano competition (UK). Significantly during the 2011 Spring concert season at RNCM, Syuzanna was honoured to work with such outstanding composers as Judith Weir and Steve Reich, followed by performances of their pieces at the RNCM Theatre and Wigmore Hall in London. Throughout her performing career, Syuzanna has appeared in numerous festivals such as the Watford and Newbury festivals in the UK, Zemplen and Bartok Festival in Hungary, Mozarteum in Salzburg, Tbilisobo in Georgia, the Pianotexas Music Academy and Festival supported by Cliburn Foundation in Forth-Worth. She has participated in masterclasses with Vadim Rudenko, Vladimir Viardo, Vladimir Krainev, Bernd Geotzke, Sergio Perticaroli and has also received tuition from Andras Schiff, Peter Donohoe, Malcolm Bilson, John O’Conor, Gary Hoffman and Michel Beroff among others.
