Benjamin Robinson Music

Benjamin Robison is a Master-of-Music Graduate from the University of Utah. He studied violin performance under the tutelage of David H. Park, Assistant Concertmaster of the Utah Symphony. Mr. Robison received his BMU, summa cum laude, from the University of Utah. Mr. Robison has been a violin teacher for over sixteen years and is a frequent community performer. Along with his post in the Salt Lake Symphony, Mr. Robison regularly performs solo and chamber recitals in the Salt Lake area and he is a founding member of the City Creek Trio. Mr. Robison has performed under the batons of Joseph Silverstein, Kory Katseanes, Robert Baldwin, Barbara Scowcroft, Kurt Bestor, and Brady Allred. A notable performance included playing for a master class given by Gil Shaham. Recently, Mr. Robison was selected to play alongside Utah Symphony musicians for a community outreach concert. When not performing solo recitals or with the Salt Lake Symphony, Ben likes to spend time fishing in the Uinta Mountains with his wife Tysha and their two dogs.
