Beethoven 12 Contredanses for Orchestra, WoO 14

These dances were composed by L. van Beethoven between 1791 and 1802, the year they were published in a set (later marked WoO 14). The orchestra needed to perform the whole set consists of: flute (n. 2, 3, 4, 6, 11), 2 oboes (n. 1, 3, 6, 8; 9, 10 ask for soloist), 2 clarinets (in A for n. 2; in Bb for n. 4, 5, 7, 12),  2 bassoons (all except 8, 9, 10; n. 2, 11 ask for soloist), 2 horns (in A for n. 1, 6, 8, 10; in A for n. 2, 9; in D for n. 3; in Bb for n. 4; in Eb for n. 5, 7, 12; in G for n. 11), tambourine (for n. 8), and string section sanz violas (for all numbers).
