Nachtviolen, D.752, is a song for voice and piano composed by Franz Schubert in 1822. It is a short piece (a standard performance lasts around 3 minutes), in the key of C major, based on a German text by Johann Mayrhofer (1787-1836). It was published only in 1872, fifty years after its composition. According to the Witteczek-Spaun collection, it was originally written in A-flat major. However, no autograph in that key survives.
