Brosig Fantasia no. 1, Op. 53

Moritz Brosig composed his Fantasia no. 1 for Organ, Op. 53, in 1882. Brosig wrote few chamber pieces, focusing instead of sacred music. It has been said that his organ music bears a resemblance to that of Felix Mendelssohn. The Fantasia no. 1 for Organ, Op. 53 spans 4 movements and takes about 14 minutes to be performed in its enterity.
