Variations, interlude et final sur un thème de Rameau
The Variations, Interlude and Finale on a Theme by Rameau (French: Variations, interlude et finale sur un thème de Rameau) were composed by Paul Dukas between 1899 and 1902. The piece was first performed in Paris in 1903. The original theme is a menuet, followed by 12 variations and a finale. It takes about 20 minutes for the theme and all the subsequent movements to be performed.
