Silei Li 音楽

Chinese violinist Silei Li began playing the violin at the age of four. In an early age, Silei succeeded in several national competitions for young violinist and gave recitals around Asia. She made her debut as a concert soloist at 13, playing Vivaldi's Spring from The Four Seasons alone with contemporary works by Chinese composers. In 2008 Silei was admitted to the Prof. Shisheng Zheng’s class at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music. She subsequently studied as a scholarship student with Prof. Remus Azoitei at the Royal Academy of Music in London, where she graduated with a Master’s degree in 2014. She also attended masterclasses given by Maxim Vengerov, Rainer Ku¨chl, Thomas Brandis, Tasmin Little and Bin Huang. Silei has performed in several music festivals including International Shanghai Spring Music Festival, New Music Week Shanghai, Pacific Music Festival in Japan and Carl Nielsen Masterclass in Denmark. She has also played in the concert projects of Stuttgart Radio Symphony Orchestra and Shanghai Symphony Orchestra and has performed in major concert halls in Asia and Europe. Silei joined Macao Orchestra in 2014.
